  STAY AWAY!!! This place was a nightmare from day 1. Even though one of the temps working in the leasing office (whom is no longer there, thank God), cursed me out before I even moved in, we were forced to move in since we already signed our lease. Moving on...between the lies from the people working there; the cheap materials used to build this place; our big foot neighbor above us; and the strippers hosting parties at the pool, I'm not sure which was the worst.
  
  Long story short...don't waste your money or time. Hopefully that door situation is fixed by now so the homeless man isn't caught sleeping in the lounge area again. And hopefully they did something about that disgusting trash outside that was causing huge rodents to invade the property. Or maybe they fixed the issue with people coming into the gates and stealing motorcycles and rims. Either way, good riddance.
